Powder Coating & Decorative Finishes

With facilities that include an 8,500 sq. ft. positive air pressure facility and 2 state-of-the-art Nordson downdraft booths in a complete closed loop system, Fi Company can handle many of your finishing needs — including in-mold painting and textures, powder coating, wet paint, silk screen and lamination processes.

Fi Company offers several finishing techniques as part of our vertically integrated manufacturing model. Using the latest application technologies available, Fi provides a variety of options and colors, and will tailor the method to your specific needs.

Powder Coating
This is the process of applying a dry powder to metal surfaces electrostatically, and then heat curing in our ovens. Our closed loop powder coating system hosts 700 linear feet with a 4-stage pre-treatment process to provide our customers with the highest-quality and most durable finishes available.

Silk Screen
Our in-house silk screen Team consists of skilled, talented, well trained personnel providing professional quality printing results. At Fi, we create custom screens for the printing process in all color specifications. Silk screen is a great option for our partners to add logos, branding, labeling, and other symbols to your products.

Plating & PVD
Through our preferred vendor program Fi Company can handle all your plating and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) needs. We work with the most talented companies in the region to provide a variety of chrome finishes, gold, and other options available in the market today.
