Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how The Fi Company (“Fi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you visit the-fi-company.com. If you have questions, email us at sales@the-fi-company.com.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or quote request form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, the topic you choose and your message. We use it to answer your request and to follow up about our products and services.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and the tools listed below may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. Form submissions are checked by Akismet, an anti-spam service, which receives the submission and your IP address to filter spam.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies, managed through our cookie banner, for these purposes:

  • Necessary: to run the site, keep it secure and remember your cookie choices.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (including through Google Tag Manager and Google Site Kit) and Jetpack Stats help us understand how visitors use the site.
  • Marketing and advertising: Google Ads tags help us measure and improve our advertising.
  • Embedded content: videos hosted on YouTube load only after you allow them, because YouTube may set its own cookies.

You can change your choices at any time with the cookie preferences button at the bottom of the screen, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our website host, Google (analytics and advertising), Automattic (Jetpack and Akismet) and our email provider. Allowing advertising cookies may count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state laws. You can opt out at any time, as described below. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your privacy choices

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the cookie banner or the site footer, or choose Reject All. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out.

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other U.S. states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing or its use for targeted advertising. To make a request, email sales@the-fi-company.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions and business correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and for our normal business records, and analytics data for the periods set in those tools.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
